Services

Creative services for small businesses,
built to last.

I’m Andi Sigsbey — a brand designer, web designer, graphic designer, and writer based in Etowah, Western North Carolina. For nearly 20 years I’ve helped small businesses, wellness practitioners, coaches, nonprofits, and creatives show up beautifully — online and in print. Every project starts with a real conversation. Every file you receive is yours to keep, forever.

Brand identity design for
small businesses & creatives

Your brand is the first thing people feel when they encounter you. Before they read a word, before they visit your website — they feel something. A strong brand makes that feeling intentional, consistent, and unmistakably yours.

I design brand identities for small businesses, wellness practitioners, coaches, nonprofits, and creatives across Western North Carolina and beyond — from the first conversation to the final file delivery. Every brand includes a complete system you can use with confidence across every touchpoint: social media, signage, merchandise, print, and more.

Website design for small businesses
in Western North Carolina & beyond

A good website isn’t just beautiful — it works. It loads fast, communicates clearly, and makes it easy for the right people to find you, understand what you do, and reach out. I design and build websites that feel like you: considered, functional, and built for real humans.

I work with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix — and I’ll recommend the right platform for your specific needs, not just the one I prefer. When the project is done, you own everything: your hosting, your domain, your files. I’ll make sure you’re fully trained before we wrap up.

Graphic design that takes your brand
out into the world

Your brand doesn’t live just on a screen. It lives on business cards, brochures, signage, event collateral, merchandise, packaging, maps, and anywhere else you need to show up. I design print and digital graphic materials that carry your brand consistently and beautifully across every surface.

Graphic design is priced by project. Common work includes business cards, brochures, rack cards, flyers, social media graphics, product packaging and labels, signage, posters, banners, patterns, and custom illustrations. If you can imagine it, reach out and we’ll talk through what it takes.

Website copy and SEO content
that sounds like a real person.

Good design deserves good words. I write website copy and SEO content for small businesses, wellness practitioners, coaches, and nonprofits — content that sounds like a real person, ranks for the right searches, and makes the people you want to work with feel like they’ve already met you.

Writing projects are priced by scope. Reach out and tell me what you need.

What makes this different?

  • You own everything
Every file, every asset, your hosting, your domain — 100% yours from day one. No gatekeeping, no subscriptions, no dependency on me to access your own work.
  • I listen first
Every project starts with a real conversation — not a form. I want to understand your story, your people, and your goals before I ever open a design file.
  • You leave fully trained
When we finish, you know how to use everything we built. No one walks away confused or dependent on me to make basic updates.
  • Nearly 20 years of experience
I’ve worked with ceramicists, contractors, lawyers, nonprofits, coaches, fitness studios, beekeepers, and everyone in between. I’ve seen what works.
  • No black holes
You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and when to expect it. Clear communication is non-negotiable for me.
  • Based in Western NC
I work with businesses across the country, but I’m rooted in this community — Etowah, Brevard, Asheville, and everywhere in between.

my PROCESS

Fill out my client questionnaire — it takes about five minutes and makes a real difference. Your answers help me show up to our first conversation already thinking about your project, your people, and where to start. It saves us both time and gets us to the good stuff faster.

This is where we have a real conversation about your goals, your vision, and what success looks like for you. No pitch, no pressure — just a genuine back-and-forth where I learn about the business you’re building and the people you’re building it for. I want to understand your dreams for this thing before I ever open a design file.

Once we’re aligned, I get to work — and you’ll always know what’s happening and what’s coming next. I communicate throughout the process, bring you into every decision, and iterate until the final product genuinely reflects you. The best work happens when we let go of the rules a little and trust the process together.

When we wrap up I make sure you’re fully trained and confident using everything we’ve built together. Every file, every asset, your hosting, your domain — all of it belongs to you completely and permanently. No one walks away in the dark, and no one is kept dependent on me to access their own work. That’s just how I think it should be.

FAQ

Brand identity packages typically take 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Website projects run 3–8 weeks. Graphic design timelines vary by project. I’ll give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated throughout. If you need something YESTERDAY, reach out. If time allows I would love to make it happen for you.

Not as much as you might think. My client questionnaire helps me gather what I need. If you have existing brand files, photos, or copy — great. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll figure it out together.

You do. Every single one. Your logo files, your website, your hosting, your domain — all of it belongs to you completely and permanently. I don’t believe in gatekeeping.

Yes. I typically work with a deposit to begin and a final payment at completion. For larger projects we can structure payments across milestones. Just ask.

Fill out my client questionnaire. It takes about five minutes and helps me show up to our first conversation already thinking about your project. From there we’ll set up a call and go from there.

That’s completely fine. Not every project needs to be a full package. Reach out and tell me what you need and we’ll scope something that makes sense.

Yes, that’s my goal. I build on platforms you can manage yourself and I make sure you’re fully trained before we wrap up. You should never need to call me to make a basic update.
